This is how I did my first cut. 1200 cals for 4 months went from 245 to 200. It worked like a charm but was the worst 4 months of my life and then I put on 25 pounds my First month of bulking haha fail.

Very glad for the knowledge we have, cuting on 2600 cals right now and don't plan on gaining it all back my first month of my bulk.

I'd include at least 1 more chicken breast and a can of tuna.

More protein = more gains

Also, goes without saying, but ensure you're not having milk in any of your shakes. That sh*t is an insulin bomb waiting to deposit it's fatty shrapnel all over your abdomen.

1 U need BCAA's 2 a day between meals for good protein
synthesis.

2 U need almonds or olive oil with every meal.

3 No fats pre and post workout
