I do t bar rows and i think there the best i do.

Yeah i just dont feel any cotraction in the muscles and never get post soreness :/

Sorry havent been updating this! Had a good two days training, legs yesterday and i love legs haha, had an NO xplode before and it worked like mad.
Today did chest and tris and was very good again, cant improve bench weight but been improving in other excersises involving the pectorals.
Weight was slightly down today, was 58.2 so going to get back on track with macros as body power was basically drink as much protein as possible and yesterday was a weird day

Yooo sorry been absent for a while, good news! Today weighed in at 59.6kg so gained just under 3 pound since starting this thread!

Weighed in at 60.1 today! Yeah boy! Seeing good progress in my deltoids and arms, hopefully its not psycological also my quads seem to be growing and seperating more. Also today picked up the 22.5kgs for dumbell shoulder press

I wouldn't bother too much about the body analyser scale, mines sucks and gives me readings of 20%bf, then 2%bf at night
Although the 4% reading you got seems right
I was nowhere near as lean as you at 5 and 6%bf
I'm probably around 7% atm and about the same weight as you and nowhere near as defined.
I doubt you've gained any bf since its a slow bulk so ignore the analyser
keep working hard

I think you'll go far.
Also your shoulders are scary strong, I use like 16kg dbs at best haha
