Recently came across these forums and they look quite interesting so I thought I'd start posting some myself. Been lifting for roughly 3 years now and the most fun I've had in the gym was when training in this manner.

So I'm going back to a power/hyper training regimen after some time off from it and I thought I'd make a log here to keep track of things and hopefully get some feedback.

Recently had some consultation from Mr RJ perkins regarding macro intake and training, and here's what they currently look like.

Current macros on lifting days:
Protein: 220
Carb: 500
Fat: 85

Offdays:
Protein: 250
Carb: 400
Fat: 85

Some numbers on me:
Age: 21
Weight: roughly 198 lbs
Height: 5'9
BF: 14%

Today was upper power and here's todays log. Numbers are in kilograms if you're wondering why they are so low.

BB rows: 105x6 115x6 125x5
V-grip pulldowns: 95x8 100x6 105x5
BB benchpress: 100x6 110x6 120x4 130x2
Dips: BW+40x8 45x8 50x5
EZ-curls: 40x8 45x8 45x8
Decline skullcrushers: 45x8 times 3

Thanks, definately gonna stick around for a while.
Managed to pull off quite a nice lower power workout today which looked like this.

Rack pulls 1" below the knee: 220x5 240x5 250x3 260x2
Low bar squats: 140x5 160x5 180x3 190x2
Extensions: 100x10 100x10 100x7
Lying leg curls: 80x8 80x8 80x7
Seated calf press: 70x10x3

wanted to try and get a 200 squat but I had a hard time keeping my back in check at 190 so skipped that for today.

So today was Hyper back and power+hyper shoulder work.
Workout looked like this:

Pullups: BWx12 bw+5x10 bw+10x10 bw+10x8
HS low rows: 140x12 150x12 160x9 160x8
Cable rows: 75x15 75x13 75x12

Seated BB press: 50x5 60x5 70x5 77.5x4 85x3
Cable laterals: 12x15 15x12 15x10

Anyone got some tips on increasing overall pressing strength? Lagging a bit on that department right now.
