Advice on old PHAT routine9218

So I've been doing PHAT for 1 month now. I've been following the later template and I just found that I can't be bothered being in the gym so long, especially on upper body power days (like 2 hours). So I figured I would go for the early PHAT template ON POWER DAYS, that goes something like:

Day One, UpperPower:

3 or 4 Compound pressing and pulling movements, 3-5 sets in the 5 rep range, and 1 Accessory Movement.

Day Two, Lower Power:

2 or 3 Squatting and Deadlifting movements, 3-5 sets in the 5 rep range, and 1 Accessory Movement

My question is, about the acessory movement, would that be something like an isolate movement? Like flys, leg curls, etc...? If so, what set and rep range would you use? Thanks

Well on the routine that is posted there the two assistance pressing exercises are weighted dips and shoulder dumbell presses and for legs hack squats man, so based on that i would say no but idk?

That's the latest PHAT template. I was asking about the old one:

I think accessory work would be something to compliment the lift, eg push downs for prices to help either bench or such stuff, with regards to sets and reps i dunno
