You should still take a trip to Ulan Bator someday.

It's a great country. I spent a month there last year and really enjoyed it.

The exchange rate is great and it will be an eye-opening experience for you.

I hope everyone watched the trailer for Mongol. Not too historically accurate and left a lot of BA things out, but I hope it gets you psyched.

Then I did the leg press machine at 150 pounds because an older chap was on the actual leg press. I did it but it didn't feel real so I was like meh

Squat is still really low, my balance is still awful but I've been doing a lot of ab work, specifically oblique to get my balance back. I can't even do a normal squat standing up, but I'm working on improving that.

Today is my Ab and Trap day lol. Some may know of my struggle for the largest of traps. I read in an article from T-Nation that EMG is most active when trap work is isolated so I did mostly isolation work today

I'm 12 pages into my thesis draft, 18 more to go! Need 8 more for the draft though. I'm taking it to my University's writing center today to make sure my argument is coherent. I will be working on that this weekend, but will stay true my schedule. Going to go shopping for food in the next few days and will start posting my caloric breakdowns here or on my Fitness pal for all to see.
