Well guys its been a crazy while bulking... Went for a crazy bulk hitting ridiculous calories. Then i choose to lean bulk as i didnt put on loads of fat. I aimed to hit at least 180-200 of protein, fats 100g and carbs between 400-500 (whenever i could get) Feeling quite puffy jeans are too tight lol so time to cut.

So heres my log including diet and workouts:

Starting PHAT next week, just finishing off a rest week this week. Stay posted will be posting videos and regular progress.
