you only get bigger by eating a surplus of calories, so....FOOD !!!

i prefer dumbell exercises due to a bad shoulder ! hate bench !

You just have to modify your routine to fit you and your needs. Like the above posters said, your gains will mostly come down to your diet.

Both, you can't just use one over the other, it's good to mix it up every so often.
DB gives you're chest muscles a greater range of motion but you can lift heavier using regular bench...
But yea like the others said, if ur diet isn't in a surplus, you're not going to grow
