brah coz your prob not using chest involvement in chest movements, your back is prob crap from the same problem, you think with your arms

try doing pre exaust or burnouts supersets or streach and flex during rest periods to know how to feel your chest!

When you lift, focus on the muscle you want to feel.

Do these ex for about 5 weeks (3 sets each, last set until failure, raise explosively and lower slowly)

Decline bench
Incline (45°) dumbbell press
Flat dumbbell flys

i was the same until a few weeks ago n now iv already seen growth. go heavy on the 1st excersize 6 to 8 reps to failure with good controlled form. n then for the other 2 presses do 10 to 12 reps maybe 8 to 12 cus on the last set ul be fucked so u might only get 8. finish with a flying movement. 4 sets each

routine is:

incline DB press- 4 sets
flat bench DB press- 4 sets
wide grip BP- 3 sets
flat bench flys- 3 sets
