and is there a reason you want to rest on the weekends? The workout is planned out well with recovery days between.... But you could do that if you want. I think eventheodds did that for a while

@novitec I did PHAT for 19 weeks straight just Mon-Friday with a little twist of my own however not eliminating the key principles.

Cons- Your body will be pretty beaten up after two power days mon and tuesday. So.. on wednesday you might want to bitch and moan but if your dedicated enough, it wont be a problem.

Make sure you hit your macros right, I did for mine.

Pros- On mondays after two days of rest, you feel totally recharged insisting you had a solid recovery which means sleep, diet etc.

So..

The main reason I did it that way is because of my work schedule during the weekends which is still the same.

He just said he did it mon-fri 19 weeks straight.. But I couldn't do it, after the 2 power days my body needs that Wednesday's rest!

If you don't want to workout on weekends, you can use a 2+2 split.
Monday Upper power
Tuesday Lower power
Wednesday Off
Thursday Push+quads hypertrophy
Friday Pull+hams hypertrophy

You can also split the hypertrophy work into upper/lower
