okay so i've been running phat for about 12 weeks now, give or take. and i've been moving up in weight on my deadlift fairly quick. 4 weeks ago i could only do 315 1rm for deadlift, and today i pumped out 365 for 1 rep on deadlift. would these still be considered newb gains?

Strength is generally now what is ment by newbie gains mate, thats just u gettin stronger. Good work.

Doesnt matter if its newbie gain or not.. If your still getting stronger and geting big.. Wow.. Thats really great.. Keep up the good work man.
