They appear to be very similar IMO. Ones a 4 day split. Ones a five day. Do whichever one fits your schedule IMO

ill be trying phul for about 8 weeks then after that ill try phat hells yea but i need to lose fat% would that help a bit???

Losing fat is going to be more dependent on your diet than training regimen

If so, i ran that for 6 months when i was working under 3DMJ and the Albert brothers. I loved it, simply put. Main great gains both strength and size.

Right now ive been running PHAT for about 4 weeks on my own, and i love that too.

PHAT is just a lot more volume, and i sort of like the idea of splitting the hyper days into 2 upper body days (Back/shoulders, chest/arms) instead of the 1 upper body day.

@juanf122388 no. You will still make gains on both programs as long as your diet is in check.

Your diet will be the limiting factor to growth in these splits. Not the actual differences in the splits.
