idk about you guys. But I think I'm going to quit squatting forever after reading this. There are some pretty valid points in here.

Shame, tomorrow was suppose to be leg day. But if squats suck (and that mathematical formula clearly confirms it), I'm just gonna have to turn Tuesday into another upper body power day.

My gym doesn't have squat rack... I use machine for hanging leg raises as a rack... All the more reason to quit squats!
