Hmm never tried cable shoulder press. I've supersetted seated dumbbell shoulder presses with standing lateral raises. Nothing to cry about though. I enjoyed the pain.

@Cannonball will do. the only cable exercise I do currently for shoulders is standing forward-facing rear delt flies. they give a good burn.
