Anyone tried my training method?8386

Instead of having strength days and hypertrophy days, I've been using a system where I'll do strength sets and then do hypertrophy sets for each exercise. One set ill try to break a pr for reps; The last two or three sets I use higher rep ranges. Not sure of the validity of this training style, nor did I read it in an article or study. Just thought it seemed like a logical way to progress

I run my P/P/L in a similar style. My first lifts are always low rep/high weight while the rest are opposite.

I generally train this way do a Power/Hyper split. Heavy on my main compound lifts. (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Hang clean) Then helper lifts and vanity muscles in the 8-15 rep range.
