chest advice for tonight8338

got a chest workout planned for tonight

all machines, as at the time i go, its CHAOS on the weights, i gotta get in, get done, get out ! lol
and i got no choice but to go this specific time tonight

anyone recommend and exercises that don't carry as much pressure on the shoulder ?

wondering what other bodypart to throw in as worked tri's just 2 days ago !?

Yeah, go another day so you can use weights. Lol.
Even the dumbbells are all being used?
As far as a body part to hit, you would be fine to hit triceps again. Just make sure you're not hitting absolute failure.
Or delts too.

honestly @duke, it's a joke ! all the newbies are still in there and you can guarantee at 6pm EVERYTHING in the weight room other than the machines and anything INVOLVING LEGS is being used !

chest n delts it is
go in about 7 though and it's fine ! teatime warriors ! lol

If you can grab a pair of dumbbells that aren't being used do 3x 30 sec negatives. Better than using all machines!
I feel your pain, there is only one power rack at my gym so I have to fight for it somedays. Freakin' sucks!

This is why I pay an a**load of money monthly to go to the biggest nicest gym in my area. It's physically impossible to not have weights available at any time of the day.

this is a good sized gym, but built up area, and the start of hte year gymgoers have invaded ! like i say, by 7 it's fine, but i gotta go earlier unfortunately ! lol

Go at chest exercises where tri dont come into play
Cable fly
Dumbell fly
Plate fly
Pullover
Go light and loads, something not often done on chest
Finish off with wide push up flat, decline, incline, no rest x 3
You will burn tomorrow
Doing this really throws your muscle memory out of sync as it expects heavy heav

Go for 25 - 50 reps per set

Training tri's two days ago shouldn't hinder today's workout imo. Thats a pretty adequate amount of rest.

If by "keeps the mind and body Guessing", you mean forced to adapt to different stimuli, then yes.

Non-Linear Periodization is superior to keeping the workout constant yes.
