|I'm thinking of changing my PHAT routine up a bit but the possible additions and changes could make it pretty intense. Recovery will be a huge staple in keeping consistent. This would not be a long term change due to the amount of 2 a days. But I'm looking to include any and all possible ways to aid in recovery. Even if it hasn't been proven to work. I think I do pretty well with recovery at the moment but I'm curious to see what I can do to improve in the area.
So what do you do for recovery? Or, what have you heard that helps to recover? Weekly, massages, aroma therapy, bcaa timing, other supp's, slowly reducing heart rate after working out, even freaking yoga...
