|Had a good chest and arms day today =)
Since January I started training for strenght and kept in the 1-5 rep range on bench, squat and deadlift.
My fist BP max was 80 (used 5 hard seconds up)
Got 82,5 up the next week, 82,5 a week after that then finally 85.
The last weeks I have failed first on 90 KG, then failed on 87,5, but today I got it up!!!
Hard training pays off! I think 10 KG improvement in a month is very good =)
I am also losing weight so I am getting stronger while lowering my bodyweight
95 before March I hope!!
