Why, on hypertrophy days it there a starting exercise of 6 x 3 rows / squats? If the weight is to be at 70% of power, isn't 3reps a bit low?

Also, it ok to replace romanian DL's with normal deadlifts?

Focus on speed, not number of reps. Research Weatside barbell powerlifting for the logic in doing so.

You can replace any exercise, technically, but I wouldn't make that substitution personally. -3X
