|Why, on hypertrophy days it there a starting exercise of 6 x 3 rows / squats? If the weight is to be at 70% of power, isn't 3reps a bit low?
Also, it ok to replace romanian DL's with normal deadlifts?

|Focus on speed, not number of reps. Research Weatside barbell powerlifting for the logic in doing so.
You can replace any exercise, technically, but I wouldn't make that substitution personally. -3X
