Cut Time, embarrassingly bad bulk8238

Hey shredders, I just finished a terrible bulk in which from july till now I can gained 30 pounds most of which Im sure is fat. YOu dont know how hard it is to cut when your wife is prego. so I went ahead and gained with her.

I am frankly embarrassed to post pictures of me right now. I am just obese. I weigh 233 with probably 25% bf or so.

so here is last july when i ended my cut at 200 pounds and started to "bulk" the skinnyest and closest to having abs I have ever been. (ive always been a fatty)




and here today at 233 yikes.




the good news is my arms hit 18+ inches no pump buuutt im sure alot of that is fat.




so now that my shame is out there on the interwide web its time to get serious about cutting and dieting with no pregnancy excuses seeing as my daughter is now 4
weeks old! I will be doing Phat for this log

Goals:
by July 22 ( my birthday) hit 200 again
keep as much mass strength as possible
update this log every few weeks with pictures to keep me honest on my cut.
and the biggest goal have clearly defined abs this year.

current stats
233 pounds 6 foot
arms 18 inches
calfs 17 inches
thighs 27 inches

Bench 330x1
dead 405x2
squat 385x1

to start I will be doing 50/30/20 c/p/f and 40 grams fiber with 2500 calories or about 300/200/50 and see how that goes for the next week then I will adjust as necessary
here is to getting healthy again.

Congratulations on the baby. If you're looking for help you came to the right place. The important thing to remember is that this is a lifestyle choice. Everyday is working towards the desired goal. Nothing to be ashamed of dude, you still have some abdominal definition, the thing you should be worried about now is sleep. How are you going to cut, when you are tired from waking up to take care of a baby.

I agree. Abs are overrated and you don't look that fat.

@Lacedaemon The baby ( claire btw) is sleeping better and better and my wife is the best so we should be good there
As for Sparta I majored in history Ed so no worries she will get raised the right way

Bro congrats on the daughter bro!! That is awesome and your going to be a great dad.... Good luck on the cut man... You really don't look that bad though haha.. I think you will be pretty happy when you loose 10-20lbs and notice that you actually did put on some good muscle... Also nice 1rm bro!! Strong as shit... Deff keeping my eye on this log.. I live up north, and rand lives somewhere south of here. I don't remember where exactly. But pretty sure were on opposite ends of the state

alrighty then, time for some boring numbers then a different type of shredders, Spanish rockers and a shocking thing to see in the parking lot.!!!

today was back and shoulders day.
started with Heavy deads which i do today instead of lower power.
deads 225x10 315x6 405x3 (new pr)
bent over rows 135x10 165x10 185x10 I am still deciding which grip i like better.
pull ups 10, 10,6 ran out of gas.
seated cable rows 3x 160x10
shrugs 3x270x20
barbell military 135x10 155x10 175x10
lateral raises 3x25sx10

thats all she wrote, as for the parking lot suprise, I saw some girl just railing a guy in a jeep, it looked pretty intense... not the way I like to start my workout usually anyway they were not being very discrete and a gym worker noticed and called the cops on them. it was pretty entertaining to watch as i warmed up on the treadmill.

and for the spanish shredders this is what I listened to during todays workout, I love me some mago de oz.

as for the music of the day... I really enjoy a bit of Rage while I am doing my Hypo legs tomorrow while skiing and hiking some slackcountry and Ajones I will post a vid just for you.

Alright after a week of diet I am at 229 a loss of 4 pounds. Mostly cause last Sunday I ate my heart out for the Super Bowl. So for now I will keep macros the same around 300/200/50/40 carb/pro/fat/fiber

Sunday nights I am doing my weigh ins I'm shooting for 2 pounds a week for now.

Wyoming!? Lucky bastard.. it's so far from me. Season's almost over, but maybe if everyone's still around we organize a meetup or something like that in the middle of everyone. I'd be so down.

Side note: i just took my lady boarding friday night. She wake boards so she picked it up pretty quick. So cool to share stuff like that.
