|How often should i switch up my PHAT routine?
Should i make about 3 different routines and then swap between them every 3-4 weeks or something? At the moment i'm not keen on switching it up every week since i'm currently tracking my workouts and want to know im improving each week

|why not stick with the same routine til you feel the need to change. I would stick with it for at least 10-12 weeks.|
