How often should i switch up my PHAT routine?

Should i make about 3 different routines and then swap between them every 3-4 weeks or something? At the moment i'm not keen on switching it up every week since i'm currently tracking my workouts and want to know im improving each week

why not stick with the same routine til you feel the need to change. I would stick with it for at least 10-12 weeks.

If you're seeing gains and not hitting plateaus why change anything? If it is not broke, do not fix it.
