Can PHAT fit into 4 day split?7804

If so what kind of routine would it look like as i have been on just a normal 4 day split for a while now:
Monday-Chest, biceps
Tuesday-Back
Thursday-Legs
Friday-Shoulders, triceps

And i am thinking of moving onto PHAT i have read Layne's article

@Jordan17 the ENTIRE concept of PHAT, is to work each muscle groups twice a week, once with a POWER focus, and once on a HYPO focus.

WTF would you only train your legs once a week, but everything else twice.

Do as @stewie has advised.

I never said i wouldnt train them twice a week, what i posted is what i am currently on, which is each muscle just once a week, i never suggested anywhere that i was going to train legs once a week and all other body parts twice? And thanks @stewie

i do phat on a 4 day, i dont do lower body hypertrophy. Why? cos i like fitting in some nice ass jeans. Umad @Norlda

I ripped 2 pairs of my jeans 2 weeks into GVT. It sucks, but I have seen tremendous growth. I, for one, would rather have a balanced physique than look like a "bro". That's my $0.02!

It will be a lot of lifts on your hypertrophy days. If you get enough sleep, and eat enough you'll be okay. But, it's terribly hard on my body. I couldn't do it.
