I wanted to know some thoughts on my "modidified" . I can only train 4 times a week so I switched it to one super intense leg day. I also put hypertrophy delts with chest instead of back. So my split looks like this

Upper power
Leg day
Rest
Chest/delts hypertrophy
Rest
Back/arms

gotcha, bummer dood. four days is fine though. i would advise mixing in cardio somewhere in your schedule. Just some HIIT. if youre gym has a sled... do that. i love sled pulls. and mix in some abs as well.
