My friend came home from university for the holidays and wants to try PHAT so we done our 1RM for Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Bent Over Row so we can work out percentages and stuff.
Squat
Previous- 120kg
Current- 120kg

Deadlift
Previous- 130kg
Current- 145kg

Bench Press
Previous- 90kg
Current- 100kg

Bent Over Row
Current- 80kg

Squat hasn't gone up because ive been focusing more on hypertrophy rather than strength so im going to start my own version of PHAT again Monday. Didn't have a previous 1RM for Bent Over Row. Baring in mind I have been on a 2 day alcohol session before today due to Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and have a good New Year!

@NorIda Hahaa thanks man! It would be easier if we all used pounds yes but I couldn't be bothered to convert.
