Hey guys, after seeing all of the awesome progress a bunch of have made on PHAT, I decided to give it a go. I'm loving it but I'm finding that on my chest/arms day, my shoulders are fatigued from working them out two days before and it definitely affects how much weight I'm pressing. It's a similar situation with chest/arms day affecting my upper power day. How have you guys managed this? Or is it just something my body needs to get used to? Thanks a lot.
