Hey guys!!

its been a while, got pretty busy. Been training like mad, in the gym every day sometimes there for 4 hours.

I just finished a cut, im down to 186 now, and loving the results. i cut up pretty well, and im thinking about starting to compete after another 6 months or a year of conditioning.

my lifts have been pretty steady, got my DL to 465x5 squat 315x5 OHP 145x5 and bench 385x5.
Ive pretty much been doing PHAT the entire time on my cut because i enjoy the volume of the program, but ive been kind of following a 5x5 power approach to the entire program.

Im planning on bulking up to 220 again, and cut down to 190-195. estimating a 5-10lbs weight increase in LBM. Im SURE ill reach this goal as its been fairly easy to gain that much on my bulks.


Ill try and keep this as updated as i can. I want to start posting more on SS, kinda miss it.

@NorIda as soon as i get my Iphone 4 this month ill be taking lots of videos. just you wait.

starting an aesthetic entourage that will help me on my way to competing. Gonna start a blog too.

OHP and Squat are miles behind your other lifts, seems like your strength is very imbalanced. Great progress physique wise though.

@IrishGymSheep It is but im not going to compete in strength, ill compete in aesthetics.
I want to do swim wear and physique modeling, hopefully once im conditioned ill have a chance. starting a portfolio though.

im pretty happy with my strength overall.

@NorIda Im not, i squat a lot. but im 6'3" so it takes a while to gain with them. I neglected them pretty much for the first 5-6 months. but now i never skip either of my leg days.

@david12345676 Heres the wheels. I neglected them for a long time and never squated because my SEAL/SWCC mentor didnt want me to when i was on my contract with NSW/NSO, but ive been working legs now for the past 5 months or so and theyre getting there.

I still have a lot of work to do with them.

AMAZING physic, you got a lot of potential on the stage and outside it. Been about a week since my last update.

down to 185.6lbs now cutting up and gettin dry.
not really trying to set any PR's currently until im actually starting my bulk.

been working with c&j and snatches

my back is looking thick as fuck now, loving the changes.
