Doesn't have any work for lback and abs explain. And don't say squats because it proved in EMG tests and studies that direct work (weighted ofc) involves and evolves them much better than an indirect approach like standing barbell press deadlift squats farmer walk lunges and such.

Either do squats one week, deadlifts the other, or do one day squat, one day dead in the same week.
Week 1: AA or BB

Week 2: AB or BA

OR

Just stick to the program!
