|Guys i am making some changes day by day at my phat program like doing bench press instead of flat dumbbell presses at my power days and dumbbell chest presses instead of Hammer strength chest press at hypertrophy days and there is a few more changes like this.
I want to ask you guys are u doing changes like this or am i doing wrong whit changing movements?
