Hey guys. here goes... i've been doing PHAT for about a month now and i've already seen good lean muscle gains and INSANE STRENGTH GAINS. But i would like to ask what are some principles of phat that i have to know? i understand that phat is just a type of training not a fixed routine. But i would like to understand the principles behind PHAT so that i can cater the routine to my needs as much as possible. thx in advanced!
