Hurt my shoulder today while doing bench press.
Pretty sure I am doing the technique right, but have always had a pain in my right shoulder when training upper body.
I thougt that flys might not hurt, but it hurt just as bad.
So I have no idea how to train chest later?
Any shoulder pain advice?

Go see a Dr. End thread!
Seriously if your having any pains that is not doms and certainly pain in joints you should get it checked out before it can get worse.
Always better to look like a fool infront of the dr with what might be a minor injury then working through it and fucking your self up more.

tuck in your elbows!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your flaring them out too much, more pressure on your rotator cuffs. Thats what helped me.

and

warm up your rotator cuffs before any upperbody work.

warm up rotator cuffs, tuck elbows and don't go to much below 90 degrees, also on dips (if you do them)

You might torn or hurt your ligament like i did benching. does it hurt when you raise your arm up in front of you or if you do a tricep stretch with your arm straight up?

was having the same problem not too long ago. Started focusing on strengthening my rotator cuff when i do any upper body workouts. Also, stopped going too much below 90 degrees on pressing excessive, found it put too much strain on my shoulder joints. So far, it hasn't bothered me and hopefully it stays that way! Definitely recommend giving those a try, if not, get it checked out by a Dr.
Cheers
