Just started phat and it feels like the ultimate program for me just awesome I got only one question about it whice layne refers to it also, on power upper body day after heavy flat db press and bor my shoulders are so fatigue and it really damaging my dumbbell shoulder press so what can I do about it

Do hypo shoulder press on Power days, and Power Shoulder press on Hypo Days.

I'd follow it how it is for now. Unless you don't have certain equipment available to you.

But overall keep it as close to how it is right now imo.
