What are your thoughts on cleans (hang or power) and how do you think they can be utilized in different workout programs? I'm doing PHAT currently and am thinking about using them in the upper body power day.

Sure. Its a explosive movement. So you can do a power day clean and speed cleans on hypo day.

Hang Cleans are the shit. I'm not very good at them yet, but I think they're a lot of fun. They're the only thing that will make my traps grow! Personal best is 225x4 before I injured myself. I just did 200x7 yesterday. So it's getting better.
