He never mentioned what's the right % for dynamic squat and bench without using bands/chains couple of ppl saying that 40-60% is enough but there is not enough resistance to stimulate the fast twitch fibers of the muscles without any additional resistance tool however for regular bench squat without any resistance tools the recommended percentage are between 70 and 80 for dynamic sets And I also saw west side barbell averagebroz and more top pl s using above 60% for dynamic workout plus resistance

I would stay at ~50%. The object of the dynamic effort is NOT to "stimulate fast twitch fibers." It's to stimulate the CNS. Every time you train, you're going to stimulate fast twitch fibers anyway. -3X
