DB Row as Power Exercise6579

DazeTheOne private msg quote post Address this user
I have a big imbalance on my biceps/shoulder/lats so i started incorporating lots of unilateral movements to try to fix this , but today im planning to start PHAT. The problem im not sure if DB Rows would be ideal for my Power Back movement. It'd be pretty awkward doing 3-5 reps on it.

How do you guys feel about using DB Rows as my power movement to fix my imbalance . If not what movement should i use instead?

TBH am not 100% sure, however still 3-5 reps does not sound like enough volume for a rowing movement like DB row.

Somebody may help you with exact answer.

Do 6-8 reps on db row and just focus on either holding the top portion or doing a slow negative in order to get some time under tension in place.
