PHAT + German Volume Training.6533

So I'm going to start Lane Norton's PHAT in December for 2 months and than I want to do the German volume training for 2 months and than go back to PHAT and so on.

I'm on my bulk till august and wanna gain a shit load of muscle so I thought why not switch those 2 sick routines to get the best of both.

What do you guy's think of that ?

GVT is a fantastic program for putting on size, it is also extremely taxing.
PHAT is a great program as well and I've seen good results with it.
I would suggest sticking with one routine until your progress stagnates with it, then switching to another.

I saw your progress and its really sick!
Just as you said if my progress stagnates, than I'll give GVT a shot.
