I will be starting PHAT next week. I'm thinking of replacing rack chins with another exercise or taking them out. I'm wondering what exercise can I replace it with? Or should I take them out. Will it affect much?

I'm not sure of how to execute it properly, ESP with weights on. I went to look up on some vids I guess I'll give it a try before deciding

Dead lifts for thickness. Thats the point of rack chins, its an exercises for thickness.

I place an EZ curl bar across my lap and keep my legs in the bends to steady it.

Watch Skullay's DUEL upper power day video on his youtube channel (and all the other vids aswell)...I know he does weighted rach chins on there

I do rack chins and pull ups in my routine
