Are my goals possible?6464

These are what I'm aiming for in the next 7 months, I've never done any kind of strength training before and have just started PHAT yesterday so I'm hoping my strength will go up quick. Any advice to help me to get to these goals would be very much appreciated

220lb bench for 3 reps. Currently at 143lbs for 4 reps, upping the weight next power day considering this felt quite light so I'll probably be at 67-70KG for 3-5 reps

Shoulder press 176lbs for 5 reps. Currently at 110lbs for 6 reps

Squat 264lb for 3 reps. Currently at 176lbs for 5 reps

Put a deadline in your head. Start eating and make sure if you want numbers, you train with a program designed for strength versus your normal bodybuilding routine. An example of strength program is Westside Barbell.

On a serious note who cares if it is or isnt? Go hard and try and reach it if you don't do it in 7 months then you'll do it in 8 or 9 etc

My goals were to Bench 400lbs, and to squat 500lbs.

I thought those were Rather Substantial Goals

What did I do?

I ate a shit load of food, and trained like My life depended on it. Why? Because I can. Because I wanted to Be considered Elite on a fancy lil chart that bares no meaning.

Like others have said. Don't ask, Just Do it! Give yourself a goal, and do everything you can to reach them. Do research, eat food, do more research, ask questions, and Lift some Fuggin' Weights my man.

Get at it!

Lol you lot are getting me all motivated, can't wait until my next power days now lol. I'm cutting this month and then going all out after that until I reach my goals!
