BB bench press to DB Bench Press6430

Just shifted gyms cause of financial problems. Going to the one in my building right now, and they don't have a BB at all -.-". Is the shift major or it is the same technique but with DBs?

I actually prefer DB over bench press anyways. I find I can get a better stretch in my chest as well it is a lot easier on my wrists (ive broken both in the past). So DB's give me the ability to position my wrists comfortably. It could be a nice change and shock for your muscles too. No harm in changing things up!

Essentially the same technique but you get a better squeeze at the top with DBs. It is best to fit both BB/DM in to your chest routine if possible but just DB will work.

Yea I'd rage too. Look at the bigger picture, no barbell doesn't just mean no bench, that's no reads or squats too :/ I'd be trying to shift again ASAP

Give or take 3 months before I start looking for another gym. I'd swap squats for lunges, the only thing I'd lack would be deadlifts which really gets me pissed. But I'll try and keep lifting heavy and eating!
