I would say i normally bulk for 3 months and then Cut for a month, it really depends on how i feel. I kind of hate counting cals so when i bulk i go all out and i try counting cals when i cut as much as possible to not go into a too large deficit. I plan on bulking with a 200-300 cals surplus when i get 8% bf it its harder then it seems.. I HATE COUNTING CALS! Anyway..

As for the supplements: fish oil, whey and creatine (on con-cret right now) thats about it!

Do you have like a week between these cycles where you try to eat at maintenance and let your body adjust or do you just jump from bulking diet to cutting diet?

But it seems I'm stuck there...
I'm going to carb up on saturday, before doing my 5/3/1 bench press (currently at week 2 of month 3, 3 reps +)

I had a hard time going for the five reps last week, i stopped at 4, that got me so maaad. But my shoulder was hurting a lot and i had no energy that day.

My military press has exploded. Last month I did 3x145, i did 5x150 yesterday wouhouuu

Deadlifts and squats are increasing steadily.
