For your side abs, do squats at 3:30AM every thursday on a 72 hour fast. For your V line, do cable concentration curls at exactly 5:52PM every monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. For your upper chest I would recommend doing 73.5 crunches on sunday. You'll be ripped in no time! If you go over 2000 calories in a week you're simply eating too much and will not be ripped to shreds.
