yeah dude, ive been going heavy for the past 3-4 weeks .. upping the loads every week, but this week i needed to do reps

staying away from singles on flat bench, too much stress on my rotator/shoulder.. 3-5 rep range only and then occasional max benches with a slight decline D

im going to buyu TRX straps in a few mins at the mall and start adding them into my workouts !

Thats weird man, when i go heavy on decline barbell its puts to much stress on my shoulder, but on flat im okay.. The opposite of your situation lol

hahaha, well dwat

a HUGE decline will do the same for my shoulder, but we have an adjustable bench and i literally use the last hole so its really only a 15-25% decline angle

but i used to do decline on the smith machine and mangled my shoulder up a few times

Your decline pretty much just puts you on an angle like a power lifter would be on because of their arch, I think that's why
