Stuck on my bench press5894

I'm literally stuck at 77 kg on my bench. I can't seem to get anything other than 1 rep at 80 ;( help.

do what zyzz said bro....imagine that if you cant get up the weight than someone in your family will die, or something important to you is on the line...i did this the other day and repped out 260 lbs

I can do negatives on it. My dumb bell bench is going well. But I swapped to bunch again for y3t. My legs on the other hand my best muscle group.

I mean your weak point on bench haha; also focus on tricep and shoulder strength. Can alwayd chuck in speed work once a week as well

Do bench press in a power rack and set up so the bar is only an inch of your chest at the starting point. Try that for a couple of weeks and go back to normal

How much do you weigh and how many pushups can you do cleanly in a row?

Take 2-3 weeks where you don't do anything for chest except pushups. Do 4 sets where you just max out for each of the 4 sets. Then bring bench press back into your routine keeping 2 sets of max pushups as your warmups.

Try and do some extra shoulder exercises or go heavier on your shoulder day, I've read in countless articles that a plateau on bench is most commonly linked to an unbalance of chest and shoulder strength. I'm thinking maybe some more weight on your overhead press would actually help you a lot.
