Aspiring Physique Competitor/Model.5854

19 Years old, 165lbs, Been lifting for about two years. Lately I have been considering participating in some men's physique competitions. Although I feel well conditioned, I am not sure what I should work on. Currently, I am slowly bulking to 170-180lbs. I live on a college campus, but I have been blessed with a vast selection of healthy foods. My diet is high quality, but i still enjoy occassional treats on a daily basis. All critique is welcome...stay shredded and stay hungry! thank you.

hahaha i know i'm a queer. thanks though. my back used to be my strongest point, but i stopped hitting it as hard. I think i am going to start deadlifting again and start focusing on a good contraction instead of moving heavy weight with sub-par form. By back do you guys mean lats too or just back detail..or both?

hahaha honestly..even before i lifted i have had large triceps. it must just be genetics because i really don't do much direct work for them anymore. actually today i did an arm workout with a few sets for my legs/calves too. For triceps today i did:

Inside Grip Bench: 135x10 (warmup), 175x10, 185x6, 225x1
Skullcrushers/French Press: 3 sets of 60lbs x 10. (Really stressed a muscle-mind connection)
Dips: 2 sets of 15...

usually I do a lot of rope pushdowns and single arm cable pushdowns (my favorite), but i felt like changing it up. My routine is a modified version of PHAT...but i have hit a plateau and have been on it for nearly 5 months so its time to switch it up.

so does anyone have any tips for good hypertrophy routines and also tips for getting involved in the fitness industry. any help is appreciated!

My legs aren't like twigs, but I'll admit they aren't the most impressive. My calves are tiny but my quads are decent. I hit them twice a week though. I squat about 3 plates and deadliest about 405 so I am not too bad at it. I'll get a pic up.
