SO MANY GAINS!!!! WHAT WILL I DO!!!5655

Well its been about a month and a half now.

had some serious gains, mainly in my legs/arms
still at 19 inches for my arms but that was the main part of the gains for my arms was getting over 18-18.5 inches

my legs have swelled up its pretty crazy, Jeans fit a lot more snug now.

im 6'3" and 205 pounds when full.
my strength has gone up 70 lbs in all my compound lifts like squats, deadlift, and bench

I DB pressed 120's the other day for 7 rep, threw them to the ground and yelled FUCK YEA. too bad nobody cared at the time.

also i set a new Deadlift PR of 465.

haha thanks everyone!!! i been busting my ass, doing two gym sessions sometimes each day.

im loving PHAT, its probably the best program ive been on. It makes everything interesting again!!!

weekly update. my lifts have gone up in 10 and 15 lbs.

my squats have gone up 20.
killing it in the gym twice a day.

PHAT has been kicking my ass, but im seeing good progress.

officially 6'3" and 210lbs

trying to get up to 230-240 and cut down to 215 lean.

@dwatson I havent been counting them for this bulk.

im just super loading on the carbs and protein.

only eating ~500 above maintenance.

Weekly update.
up to 213 now. been making steady progress.

trainers at my gym all go "damn dude what are you doing, ive been watching you and youre gaining some serious weight"

feels good man.

Told them about PHAT and theyre pretty interested.
havent really been trying to set any PR's this week just sort of been maintaining.

im getting pretty square as you can see in the photo.
one thing i dislike about when i bulk is my core gets pretty square, but at least i have fat abs.

i think im sitting at around 16% body fat right now.
for 16% i feel pretty tight. just loose on my sides.

im seeing a lot of progress in my chest. which is awesome because its always been lacking.

Tell me what yall think of the progress.

Jeez my progress thread is so slow and boring.

anyways got some progress for yall, Im up to 215-218 roughly, trying to get up to 220 before i cut.

strength is slowly plateauing but im gonna kick its ass soon when it does.

certain areas are getting more defines i can tell even though im a higher bodyfat.
My legs are still small but im getting there, id like to see more gains out of them.

tell me what yal think.

started cutting, waiting for my core to show a little more.

Lifts went up by 30 lbs since last post.
started OHP @ 1 plate for 5 reps.

@NorIda HAHA i actually some some curlbro doing BB curls on the bench today with 1plate. i was laughing out loud, he was even wearing a weight belt.

at least it wasnt int he squat rack, but seriously all he worked was arms. did 10 different bicep + tri exercises. had no lats and no chest.

He asked to work in a set when i was db pressing 120's to try and show me up but he couldnt get the weight up, i had to help him so they didnt fall on his neck.
