P.H.A.T. and Shoulders5570

I feel like my shoulders aren't getting worked at all during P.H.A.T.

I use to have a very good shoulder day

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5 Sets over 10 Reps
Laterial Raise 5 Sets over 10 Reps
Front Raise 3 Sets over 10 Reps
Standing Military Press 4 sets over 10
Standing Arnie Press 3 Sets over 10 sets

Sometimes I would mix up Military Press and Arnie Press and do those 1st and 2nd but seated.

I am worried P.H.A.T. isn't hitting my shoulders enough. I switched up when I do my Power shoulders and hypertrophy shoulders, and that is well. I just feel like I could be doing more for them!

you forgot about bent over rows and upright rows.

PHAT works my shoulders hard as hell. I love it.

on power day do just shoulder press and hypertrophy day do something that hits a few muscles. I do one arm dumbbell row; my shoulders have exploded using this exercise and look for jim cordovas bent over dumbbell row variation to hit the rear delts. My shoulders have never looked better

Maybe I'm not lifting heavy enough. That has been one thing I have noticed with P.H.A.T. is that I am way stronger than I realized. Literally have stuck to Hypertrophy for two years now. Before that I was a scrub.
