So i gotta figure out a routine for phat since i workout at home i got barbells e-z bar tri-bar bench dumbbells a bench and well bout 10-25lbs plates 4-10lbs plates 4-5lbs plates 4-7.5lbs plates 8-2.5lbs plates yea weak shit since its only the 1inch plates but fuck it it was free lol my bench.has a leg station so leg curls and extensions also a pull up/dip power tower but what i need is some way to make a phat routine at home if anyone may be able to help please
