Up to 200 pounds now. Arms are at 19 inches, havent measured my chest, my waist is a 32.
6'3".

loving this split, my strength is through the roof.

DB pressing 120's and benching 365
I dont squat because my SEAL mentor doesnt want me fucking up my knees in any way but i feel like i can kick through a brick wall.

My PST scores remain pretty constant, not really trying to go up anymore with my scores because theyre all elevated.

Been keeping a relatively clean diet, I have gained some fat back as you can tell but i really dont mind it, infact kind of like it.

thought id make a progress thread for P.H.A.T.
Also weighted pullups are making my lats crazy huge.

Thanks, yea it seems like nomatter how much fat i gain my abs are always showing. Its them dang weighted situps/crunches.

@NorIda im really fucking barrel chested though, so it looks kind of weird. Would you suggest just working more on obliques? because i really dont work them that much.

Sorry, Didn't see you had asked that question.

I really don't focus many exercises for Obliques. From my understanding they're more of a stability muscle, and I feel that Squats, and Deads, and every other heavy lift hits them hard enough. lol.
