Today is my 62nd Day on PHAT and my stats are still going up!

My Current 3 Rep warmup sets, were my starting point 3 rep maxes.. which is pretty dang phenomenal! Just a fun little fact.

I train alone yeah. I only do what I know I can do, if I need a spotter one of the owners is generally around.

@the1 I have a vid or two of me benching on my first thread, but I have a fairly wide grip. I have the smooth rings between my middle and ring fingers.
