NO HACK SQUAT for PHAT, can i use this????5376

hey sup guys i been going to the gym, and i am about to start phat but in my gym we dont have a hack squat machine. Could i replace hack squats with this machine?Thanks for help.Just need a simple answer.

I cud use the chick lol.
But for phat what dr. Layne norton put out is just a template. U can modify it to fit ur goals and what works for u.

Like i replace rack chins with wide grip lat pulldown.

I have power day and hypo day just like suggested. I just use my own workouts. I do the rep ranges very similar as suggested just different workout.

Eg for rear delts on hypo day, i use machine flys rather than Upright rows. In the past i have found, i get really good squeeze from doing 3 sets of 20 reps on hypo days. Its trial and error finding wht is the most effective for u.

That looks a lot like a hack squat variation to me. But you can use a barbell or a smith machine as well.
