Not working out for 1 week. What's going on?5374

So, I haven't worked out for just one week and I can't even lift anything near what I did the week before. For example I could have repped 225 for 5 sets like it was nothing on the bench press extremely easy last week and now I struggle with just repping 205 lbs.

What could I do to get back to where I was the week before? and please explain what the hell happened to me...

When i last took off a week from gym not diet and sleep, my strength went thru the roof.

Sleep could be the problem. I haven't been sleeping as much because of school
